Step two: We schedule an assessment at your home. We’ll find a time that works around your family’s schedule. A member of our San Francisco team comes out, walks the space with you, takes measurements, and talks through what’s realistic for your budget and your house.
Step three: You get a written estimate. Every job we price gets put in writing before any work starts. That means the number you see is the number you pay. If something changes mid-project and the price needs to move, we explain it first. No surprises buried in the final invoice.
Step four: The work gets done, and we leave your home the way we’d want ours left. Shoe covers and drop cloths inside, quiet tools when the kids are asleep, pet-safe products where there’s a choice, and a photo of the cleanup before we leave. No. Our normal hours include Sunday and early evening appointments through 7:00 PM, and there’s no premium for scheduling during those times. The price you get in writing is the price you pay.
Just a rough idea of what you want to change and roughly when you want the work done. If you have photos, measurements, or Pinterest boards, those help too, but they’re not required. We’ll ask the right questions and fill in the rest together.
We’ll walk you through payment options when you schedule, and we’re happy to work with whatever fits your project budget. The estimate covers the whole job in writing, so there’s no ambiguity about what’s owed and when.
